Brexit will have a diverse affect on Tesco as many of the traders and businessman of
various parts of Europe needs to pay extra for the stay at UK. Import from European countries
will be difficult and will be costly which will give a price rise in the products and services
offered by Tesco. Various trade practices, labour laws and various political norms will affect the
salient working of Tesco.
This will ultimately affect the source of labour as due to Brexit there will be difficulties
for the workers which are from other countries, this will lead to shortage of labours which will
affect the working conditions of the Tesco. It will be difficult for the workers to work in UK, as
there will be a gradual rise in price which will affect the working conditions of Tesco(Adekola
and Sergi, 2016).
The only benefits will be developing trade practices and signing deals with other
neighbour countries to improve the working conditions of the trade, which will build new
relations and enhance business practices.
Economic Factors:
As Tesco is a well established firm with many of the well settled employees which adds
up the economy of Tesco. As the employment level is very much high this will add up the
advantage to UK for dealing with the working practices and this will adds up the benefit to
