Bank of England is the central bank of the United Kingdom and it is the role model of

was founded in the year 1694 and was centralised by the UK government in the year 1946. After
the leaving of UK from European Union, most of the companies or organisations of UK are
negatively impacted which leads to their reduced productivity and profitability. Due to the
Brexit, Bank of England is also facing the various issues which are impacting the investors,
employees and customers of bank. Due to the Brexit, the economic growth, exchange rates,
inflation rates, interest rates, etc. of the UK are changed which is simultaneously impacting the
profitability of bank too. Due to these increased factors or rates, Bank of England has decided to
move the business operations to China (Sakenov and et. al., 2012). This moving of operations is
decided for reducing the impact of Brexit on the business operations and productivity of the firm.

operations and government interference. Some of these issues are as follows:
Due to the relocation of Bank, existing employees of bank in the UK can feel that their role in
UK is now redundant and due to this they have to seek for new alternative or jobs. This can
negatively impact the Bank as the employees may feel dissatisfied which can impact the
image of Bank of England in China nation (Breslow and et. al., 2013).
The impact on investors of Bank of England will vary based on the activities performed by the
