construction industry is defined as varied industry that involves activities ranging from mining,

supply of products, as well as operations, maintenance, renovation and disposal. It is critical for
each firm to comprehend the needs of its customers and to provide products and services that
will aid in the development of organisational productivity (Malik, Adekoya, Ajonbadi, and
Jimoh, 2019). Brexit refers to the United Kingdom's exit from the European Union on January
31, 2020, at 23:00 GMT. The United Kingdom is the only sovereign country that has left the
European Union. The Brexit is the situation that has risen within UK and Europe that directly
affected the construction industry. To understand about impact of Brexit in construction industry
Topuzi Steel Fixer Ltd, has been taken that is large size organization of UK founded in 2019, but
with a background of over five years of experience in steel reinforcement and provides the
premium service to all our customers. The managers should have proper information and
knowledge regarding market changes that affected the business. The report covers research aim,
objectives, questions, literature review, rationale, methodology, data collection and analysis that
develop understanding and knowledge effectively.

As per opinion of (Charlson, 2020), Brexit was the serious situation occurred between
European country and UK. This was a kind of trade war which was arisen between EU and UK
that created the issues in running business in vice versa country. In other words, In conformity
with its own constitutional criteria, each Member State may elect to leave the Union. It is critical
for each country to analyse its environment and determine how each business will be carried out
by controlling all functions and operations in other countries. Due to Brexit, businesses who are
established in UK and European country have withdrawn their businesses as government has
changed the regulations and legislations that affected the business negatively.
To identify the impact of Brexit on the performance of Topuzi Steel Fixer Ltd.
As per view point of (Fuller, 2021), Brexit was the condition in which EU and UK have
withdrawn due to changing government regulations that have impacted negatively on
construction industry. Brexit is likely to restrict immigration from EEA countries to the UK,
causing challenges for higher education, academic research, and security in the United Kingdom.
Following Brexit, EU law and the European Court of Justice no longer have precedence over UK
laws and the Supreme Court. In relation to Topuzi Steel Fixer Ltd, Brexit impacted negatively on

performance as government has declared the lockdown and closed the import, export and
transportation activities that have been affected the organizational productivity negatively. The
selling and transportation activities have been closed that has affected the business productivity
and profitability. The managers should have proper knowledge and skills which has been created

higher productivity. To reduce the negative impacts there is need to formulate regulations and
legislation which could help to maintain all functions and activities effectively. To follow
international practices could help to expand their business in other country which can help to
accomplish the business goals and supports to develop organizational productivity.

Research philosophy – This states hypothesis of information that are uses to complete the
research. The researcher is requires to have proper information and data regarding topic that can
help to make right decision. In relation to current research, researcher will use positivism
philosophy (Busetto, Wick, and Gumbinger, 2020).
Research approach – This could be explained as methodology that has been adopted to
conduct research. This could be explained as set of principles which can be used by individual
for the purpose of developing their study. In relation to current research, deductive approach will
use by researcher to complete their study.
Research strategy – The planning to research involves experiment, case study, interview,
and questionnaire that can help to develop understanding and activities. For managing all

to bring changes in existing performance. In relation to current research, case study will be used
by researcher that supports to complete research (McGrattan, and Waddle, 2020).
Choices of method – It has seen that are many option for conducting research by selecting
appropriate method as it supports to develop understanding and knowledge effectively. This
involve mono, mixed, and multi method to conduct research properly. In relation to current
research, researcher will use mixed method to collect information.
Time horizon –This could be explained as time framework which is used by individual for
complete their study and maintain higher productivity. This involves cross sectional and
longitudinal horizon. The researcher will use cross sectional horizon that complete research
(Gornig, Michelsen, and Pagenhardt, 2021).
Data collection and analysis – This could be explained as technique and tool which are
used by individual for the purpose of gathering data and manage all functions. It is important for
each researcher to analysis the market and comes to know what kind of services should be
introduced to their customers by following government regulations due to Brexit. This involves
