because It has huge impact on the Industries within the United kingdom.
Literature Review
Importance of Hr practices for the organizations
According to the Author (Attia and Edge., 2017) Hr department is one of the most
important part of the organization because they run the Hr practices like Recruitment, training
and development, policy development etc. It helps to plan their workplace and manage
employees. IT helps bridge the gap between employees' performance and the organisation's
strategic objectives. Moreover, an efficient HR management team can give firms an edge over
their competition.
In the argument (Blunk, Benson Marshall and Cox., 2020) explained that
implementation of the Hr practices need a proper process, failure in implementation can affect
the performance of organization. Hr manager should have proper knowledge, and they need to
decide proper time for the implementation of new practices at their workplace.
Impact of Brexit on the Hr practices
As per the view of (Cumming, Wood and Zahra., 2020) Brexit is affecting HR practices
of the companies within the UK industries. It necessary for the organization to react on it As
soon as possible by making the strategies. Due to the Brexit Pressure to recruitment of the new
employees included because before the Brexit people from the EU used to work of most of the
companies within the UK, after the referendum, most of the employees leave the organization
and that makes difficulty for the UK based companies to recruit employees.
In the argument (Jäske, and Setälä., 2020) explained Brexit can have negative impact on
the HR practices, but impact can be controllable for firms. Their are some strategies that can be
followed by the Organizations for the improvement like Companies can recruit employees from
the other countries where they do not need to pay high salaries to the organization.

According to the (Ranta and Nancheva., 2019) Brexit was about to happened in past two
years, and main aim was Separation of EU and Uk - the formal process to leave. But they had to
push the deadline twice after MPs rejected her Brexit deal.
On the other side (Ridgway., 2019) some of the people were fervour on the Brexit, and
they Europoort because they believe EU and UK are two Different national, and they should be
separated.
Suggestion and recommendation for reducing negative impact from the Brexit on the Hr
practices.
As per the view of (Snyder., 2019) Impact of Brexit from the HR practices can be
improved through taking immediate action and using the HR resources effectively.
On the other side (Jäske, and Setälä., 2020) argued that Brexit impact can be impact for
the long times on the HR practices event if company use the strategies.
Methodology
Research methodology is the technique that helps to process, identify and analyse the
information about the chosen topic. It allows the readers to critically evaluate study. In the
research paper, methodology section allows the reader to critically evaluate a study's overall
validity and reliability.

There two type of research that are qualitative and quantitative. Qualitative method
obtain data the from different sources and it is totally non-numerical data while, qualitative
method is analysis of numerical data to understand concepts, opinions, or experiences. It can be

will use qualitative and quantitative methods and .

There are two type of research approaches Inductive and Deductive. Inductive

There are 5 Philosophies that can be used by the researcher but two philosophies that
mainly used by the researcher are Interpretation and Positivist, researcher will use Interpretation.
Intrepretuivism researches are based on the principles that sates the researcher of the project
perform on the specific job in the observing the social world. According to this research
Philosophy, research is depend on the what researcher has inserted about the topic. On the other
side Positivism is an western philosophy that usually, any kind of the system that confines itself
to the data of experiences and the excludes a priori or the metaphysical speculations. An example
of positivism is a Christian being absolutely certain there is a God. A doctrine contending that
sense perceptions are the only admissible basis of human knowledge and precise thought.

Data collection
There are two type of data collection that can be used by the researcher are primary and
secondary data collection method. Primary researches are new and fresh research collected by
the researcher by themselves while, secondary researchers are obtained from the secondary
sources like Articles, newspaper etc. Secondary data is collected by someone other than the
primary users. Common source of the secondary data collection can be government department,
organizational records and data that was originally collected by the other research purpose.
Researcher will also use questionnaire method where survey questions will be given to the
ventilators and 30 employees will participate so there less chances of queerness.
Population
Around 30 employees from the TESCO will take participation in the research, and they
will give aware of the question thorough the Questionnaires. 30 employees from the company
will be chosen because they are having good knowledge, and they are involve within the
situation.
Sampling method
Sampling method is the process that analyse in which the predetermined number of the
observation. This methodology used t6o sample from the large population depend on the types of
analysis being performed. it can include random and systematic sampling. Random sampling is
the technique in which each sample has the equal probability of the being chosen and systematic
sampling is the type of probability people selected by the researcher the large population.
