Communication can be defined as the way by which an all the organisational employee's,
individual and other stakeholders interact with each other. This is most essential part for an
organisation because it helps them to complete their work with more efficiency. This project is
based from the perspective MR Fishy which is a restaurant situated in Borough market of
London. Due to declaration Brexit organisation face different challenges due to which their
performance of employee's and productivity of organisation is decreased. Employee's are the
main asset for organisation that leads a corporation to achieve more success in market. But, due
to Brexit conflicts generated between British and Non-British workers. Therefore, some of the
barriers are mention as follow:
Barrier of communication
Uncertainties in Business- Brexit impacts on the goals of an organisation, due to their
generating uncertain decisions. This result more number of individuals will be mislead because
of lack of information. Therefore ineffective communication results that employee's are not able
to fulfil their roles which generates various uncertainties in the businesses (Jussila, Kärkkäinen
and Aramo-Immonen, 2014).
Contrasting perception and viewpoints- In present scenario after Brexit, majority of the
individuals are more focused towards their perception. The major reason of the barrier in
communication after Brexit is due to their different perception as all belongs to a different
culture.

To attain high success in the market. Manager of MR fishy need to overcome from this
communication barriers to reduce down the negative impacts of Brexit. Therefore some of the
effective strategies are mention as follow:

organise different activities that are focused to reduce down negative impacts of cultural
differences in the organisation (Christensen, 2014). This activities results that all employee's are
focused towards the achievement of common goal in the organisation.
Good judgements and prioritisation knowledge- Individuals from all background need to
interact with each other to keep generating their interest for achieving the common goal of
