organisation face many challenges. This report is based on the impacts of Brexit and their
effects on the UK economy. During this cries time the main highlighters was Government,
Private companies and public. At that time companies doesn't have business to run. This
happened arise crises situation in the UK. Present report is based on the impacts of Brexit in UK.

Globalisation is the important factor of the economy. At the time of Brexit, UK country
face many positive and negative impacts After Brexit, there has introduced new trade of business
which increases the import and export of the firms. In this situation many of the business have
chance to expand their business growth. This increases the profit revenue of the firms. Apart
from this, many of the employees lost their jobs and get unemployed. Due to this changes
economic conditions was not good. Brexit has give opportunities to the entrepreneur to come
into the market and free trade agreements. This condition give opportunities to new business.
Brexit give opportunity to expand the business at global level. On the other side they have
opportunity to shake hands with other countries as well for business growth. This is the major
chance of Brexit. This situation enhances the employment opportunity in the country. This
increase the stand of living and give chance to earn good money. It also helps people to live their
life easily. Furthermore, it gives new possibilities to the businesses which situated in UK.

In the time of Brexit. It is important for the organisation to manage their business.
Business also reliable to among their business in corrective manner. Many of the person have
loss their job in Brexit when EU leave from Britain. Initially UK face big issue regarding every
thing. In initial times company will not have right to make agreement with the other countries.
Due to these negative effects people were not able to manage their daily expenses. Due to which
economic condition of the country will go down. But after long time. Brexit has support to the
government in making new trades and business and also may start the business into other

countries. They got chance to sale their products and services out of the country. This happens
give big chance to earn more profit, When new business have started in the country along with
that, new jobs are also come by which unemployed person get employed. This gives positive
impact on UK economy and people leaver their life smoothly. It also helps to rise foreign income
in the county.

impacts to the country. Current situation is now well maintained in terms of business. It builds
strong relation with the partner countries and earn good amount of income. It gives flexibility in
