INTRODUCTION
!.1 Overview
There are several opportunities and threats that have been faced by different countries in
terms of business when there is introduction of Brexit. Brexit is the withdrawal of United
Kingdom from European union. On 23 June 2016, 51.9 % of the participants of UK have voted
to leave the EU. Prime minister Theresa May have announced that UK will not have permanent
membership with the Single market of the custom union after leaving European union. There is
huge impact over the business of several countries specially on the India and China. After
Brexit, UK have make several efforts to foster ties with India. India have got opportunities to
invest in UK because UK is the unfettered access to the EU markets. Other than that they have
created several trade barriers. They have banned import of mango from India which have given
loss to the Indian export
European union and China have very great relationship, China was the larget trader
partner of EU. After Brexit, China have tried to make relationship with the UK which leads to
reduce international business with EU.

1.2 Rationale of the study
Brexit have great significant impact over the business of several countries specially on
India and China. Due to Brexit, UK have made several unnecessary trade barriers which have
significant impact over the export of China and India. The key reason for selecting this topic is
the researcher have great knowledge about the Brexit and its impact over the different countries
trade. Investigator finds several opportunities which need to grabbed by India and China as well
as several threats which need to consider while dealing with UK

The key Aim of the research is to “Analyse the different Opportunities and threats faced
by Chinese and Indian companies carrying out trade with United Kingdom after Brexit”

LITERATURE REVIEW
According to the view of China – UK Trade: The Effects of Brexit,(2017) Brexit have
great impact over the business that is import and export on the Indian market. There are several
sectors that have been affected by the Brexit that is Automotive, Pherma and Information
technology. In Automotive sector there us decrease in sales and the good amount of profit and
revenue from the Britain have been hurt. In the contradicting view of Impact of Brexit over
India, (2017) there is both negative and positive impact over the business of china that now UK
is mostly depending on the China which serve opportunities to them other than that UK have
made large trade barriers that have serve threats to China
