This project proposal examines the impact of Brexit on the growth and development of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in the UK, focusing on a case study of Educ8 Group. Berxit have significantly influenced the operations of the many businesses including busienss of
all size and scalability. Specially, this have impacted the growth and development of many
SME's within the country. The SME's constitute the maximum number of businesses (About
80%) within UK (Busch, 2018). The operations and measures related to Brexit carried out within
the organisation impacted by the political operations and measures like Brexit. It assists in
improving the operations that will help in carrying out of suitable operations at the work place.
The current research report will identify the impact of Brexit on the operation of small and
medium enterprises (SME's) in UK. Besides this, proper recommendation are been presented to
handle the adverse impact of Brexit.
The aims and objectives of the project
Aim:
“To identify the impact of Brexit on growth and development of SME's in UK. A case
study of Educ8 Group.”
Objectives:
 To identify the impact of Brexit in UK.
 To analyse the importance of SME's in UK.
 To evaluate how Brexit can influence the growth and development of SME's in UK.
 To provide proper recommendations to mitigate any risk factors of Brexit associated with
functioning of SME's.
Management literature and theories underpinning the project
Impact of Brexit in UK: Brexit has occurred in June 2016, where UK voted to leave the
European Union. It affects the economy of nations. The economic impact of leaving the single
market that produced the estimates (Clark, 2017). There are lack of surprising estimate should be
reassuring that help for maintain the financial stability of country. It is directly impact on the
global organization to fluctuate the foreign exchange rate which influence the firms to increase
the price of products and also higher the competitive pressure.
.Importance of SME's in UK:Small and Medium sized enterprise have contributed for increasing
the 47 percent of revenue In UK economy. This enterprise always support the economy to boost

the productivity and profitability in across the world. It is needed for business to support the
economy of country and also expand the business all over the world. () It is very clear for small
business, particular medium-size enterprises have responsible for increasing the job
opportunities for people (Lawler and et.al., 2018).
Future of SME After Brexit: The UK enterprise community is mainly focused towards the need
of information on which make decision and confidently deliver against them. SME enterprise
required to understand what they can do and required to do now at the time of Brexit risk.
How impact of Brexit can be mitigated: Brexit is not all about the bad news of business but it
also gains from the Brexit as many companies have relocated from UK to another country. They
also access to the another global market such as European.

Research methodology is a framework within research and describe the different approach to
highlight design related the case study.
Research method: Researcher has to analyse facts and information that already available in
order to analyze the critical evaluation of material. Researcher will use the fundamental research
method that help for solving the problem by adding some application.
Research philosophy: Researcher will understand the depth knowledge about the research and
also implementing a new concept for further enhancement. Researcher will use the positivism
philosophy because this philosophy is based the idea and observations.
Research type: Researcher will analyse the data by using qualitative research and also
collecting all the relevant data that helps for identifying the new concept. Researcher will use the
Qualitative research type because researcher will easily collect the information through
observations.
Research approach: The research is finding the answer to the research question formulating
during the initial stage of research process. Researcher will use deductive approach because it
helps for researcher to identify the existing theory related the case study (Idris and Saridakis,
2018).
Research design: This design is defined as a framework of technique and method chosen by the
researcher to compile various component of research in logically manner. Researcher will use
exploratory design that explore the questions and finding the existing problems in research.
Data collection method: It is a systematic process of collecting the information from the proper
source to find out the answer of research problem. Researcher will use primary data collection
method for identifying the relevant data through the group discussion, interviews, questioners
etc.
Data analysis: Data analysis is a method to critically analyse the facts and figures, find rationale

behind the emergence of main finding in the research. Researcher will use the thematic analysis
to identify the accurate frame work that ca implement in the research areas.
Sampling: Sampling is a specific principle that used to select the members of population
included in the case study. Researcher will use the simple random sampling because it is the
most straight forward sampling strategy that help for researcher to choose the best sample
among the population. There are 20 members participated in the research areas to use the
technique for analysis the information in effective manner.
Ethical consideration: Ethical consideration is a crucial part of research to control and manage
the ethical issues of researcher. Researcher will use the principles that help for maintain the
ethical issues and problem in case study.
