INTRODUCTION
It is very important for the organisation as well as the government to have an effective set
of rules and regulations in form of law that they set to run a business smoothly (Cowton, 2017).
Present study is based on Brexit that is the withdrawal of UK from European Union and this was
done with the help of voting system. Report will include different ethical conflicts that have
arisen at the workplace due to Brexit. Report will also identify the respective ethical guidance
from the UK government with respect to the Brexit and its effect. At the end report will evaluate
the use of Management Information system at the workplace and the way it will be helpful for
the business is the situation of Brexit.

In 2016, about 52% of the population voted to leave the European Union and 48% voted
for not leaving the same. As a result the country announced its withdrawal in 2017 and the Brexit
process started. UK left the EU in 2020 and decided that the UK remains subject to EU law and
its custom union, but will no longer be EU’s political bodies. Due to this reason different
conflicts started at the professional career and at the workplace. There are many economist who
predicts that Brexit will be damaging long term effects on business economy of UK and also
have reduced the British GDP, there national income and also international trade from 2016.
However, it is been analyzed that the decision have resulted to growth of employment as UK
leave the EU in 2016. But in the year 2019, the Labour market remained very high and the
vacancies of employees are very high enough(Bloom and et.al., 2019). When it comes to
recruitment of employees, the difficulty level have been increased for many employers at the
workplace as the number of EU citizens that have come to UK for the purpose of job are not
rising effectively and it is affecting the employment growth rapidly. It has become tough for the
organizations to fill the vacancies and due to these reasons only they are increasing the salaries
of the key staff(Collis and et.al., 2018).
Other issues that are arising at the workplace due to Brexit are the employment of EU
migrant workers. The employers are still employing the EU migrant workers and the common
