incident has greatly impacted not only the medium and enterprises but also to the overall
economy of the country. Brexit has caused a severe instability in the whole country and has
also impacted upon the working of medium and enterprises. With financing from EU, the
European Government and many private and large banks, it become possible for the EIF to
take billions through fund investment. This help in increasing the speed of innovation of

even the growth of the company.
Challenges faced by business organisations of UK when referendum came in front
As mentioned by there are various challenges faced by business organisations of
UK when referendum came in front. Some of the important and required challenges are as
follows:
