INTRODUCTION
• Board room presentation has been used to present or discuss over an
issue that has existed in an organization to mark out solution in terms
of problem which existed in an organization. Further Bribery Act has
been formed in UK to deal over the crime of bribery in UK. Also the
act covers about various kinds of elements that exists in increasing of
crime. This act makes sure that strict punishments is formed to punish
individual committing such kind of offence.

Introduction to Bribery act 2010 of UK
• This act was established in the year 2010 and brought into effect later
in the year. This has been enacting due to increase of global pressure
on UK. It addresses over perceived of lack of commitments to anti-
bribery law enforced which increases co-ordination among the
multiple investigation through various legal bodies that addresses the
issue. The authorities in UK has been renewed for making sure that
corruption weather domestic or international with aggressive and far-
reaching law

Introduction to Bribery act 2010 of UK
• Penalties for violation is to be served by every person committed such
offence. The maximum penalty towards doing an offence is 10 years
imprisonment or fine. Maximum penalty over new corporate offence
has been modified in which fine is made unlimited. Also various other
things like damaging collateral consequences, such as director
disqualifications, company debarment from public contracts and asset
confiscation proceedings.

Matters to be answered in relation G ltd
• Whether the hospitality provided by G Ltd for guests at the
Cheltenham Festival event might make it criminally liable for
bribery
• Yes, they can be held criminally liable regarding bribery as they are
promoting an illegal act which is making basics norms of humanity to
be disturbed. As per the act they can be charged under the offence of
offering, promising or giving a bribe to another person.
