INTRODUCTION
 Bribery offences are to the offering, giving and agreeing to share
something in order to gain advantage by using the position.
 In this case study E Ltd has been accused of criminally liable for
bribery.
 This project shows steps needed to be taken for consideration of
organizations future allegations against bribery.
 Symposium is an organization of a meeting which will address a
certain topic.

ARRANGING BEFORE COVID PANDEMIC ORGANIZATIONAL
SYMPOSIUM
 The first step of making a local symposium would be to decide a symposium
topic.
 The topic for this symposium is ethical responsibility.
 The name of symposium would be Ethical Responsibility
 Budget of the symposium would be £7000.
 There will be need for additional sponsors that will help the company bear
the expenses with their personal interest.

 I will be the major speaker along with few other employees.
 The interns and new joining in the company will be given chances to share their
views on the topic.
 Date and time of the symposium would be 19/09/2019 at 11am in the morning.
 For understanding the ethical responsibility in a better way local references would
be taken.
 For the symposium to be successful it needs to be organized properly for which an
event organization has been hired.
 In order to make sure that everyone going to do as planned prior practice sessions
are going to be organized.

WAYS OF REDUCING RISK OF BRIBERY AND CORRUPTION
 Updating the anti-bribery and anti-corruption policies of the company.
 Development of the anti-bribery culture in the organization.
 Ensuring that the gifts received or giver are meeting the discussed criteria's,
1. Should have legitimate business purpose.
2. It should be proportionate.
3. It should be transparent and not hidden from the company.
 Conducting of diligence with all the third parties, explains their the anti-
bribery laws.

 Watching out for the red flags that be the cause of unintentional acts.
 The deliberate non compliance actions would be,
1. Abnormally high fees or commission
2. Keeping no records
3. Requesting of advance payment in cash.
4. Operating in countries with high corruption.
 While dealing with the foreign public officials extra precautions are needed
to be taken.
