Brick’s Moving is a company that is operating in the movers and shifters who is
operating in the movers and packers industry. The company is competent with the help of
approximately 350 employees and 100 truck. It has been found that there are various issues
that employees have to comply with in order to comply with the requirement of the company.
Furthermore, the job profile of the employees of the organization are deemed to be
challenging in nature as it involves a high degree of physical compliances. It has been found
that an individual wishes to be employed in the organization, however, the latter has some
medical condition that is keeping the individual from being employed in the organization.
The paper would deal with the compliances that the individual would need to comply with in
order to comply with the organizational requirements and finally provide recommendation
that would help the latter ensure the effectiveness in operations.
Background of the company
Brick’s Loaders and movers is a company as who are employed in the industry with
the help of which they provide their services to people who lie in furnished homes. The
company provides favorable remuneration to the employees and employs about 350
employees and has around 100 moving trucks. Thus, the aim of the company is to offer
services such as moving furniture and various household components. Thus, the nature of
employees that are employed in the organization are mainly blue collar workers, however,
there are various clerical jobs in the company. Furthermore, there are roles of drivers in who
have to possess Class 1 licenses. Hence, it can be said that regardless of the fact that the
employment quotient in the organization is deemed to be favorable in nature. The loading
jobs generally take about 6 to 8 hours as reported and there are generally no brakes. The
nature of operations of the company of the company can be deemed to be grueling and

demanding in nature as a result of which the employee coming into the company will need to
comply with the demanding requirements.

It has been found out in the above section that there are various issues regarding
which the employees would need to comply with in order to ensure that they are subject to
favorable nature of outcomes while they operate in organization. Furthermore, it has been
found out that there is an individual who is willing to seek employment in the organization.
However, the individual seeking the employment opportunity has a medical condition which
does not allow him to work for long hours. Apart from the medical condition and the
incomplete class 1 driver’s license the individual is deemed to be suitable for the
organization. There are certain requirement that the employees and the organization needs to
comply with in order to satiate the need associated to the development of the factors that help
in satiation of the needs associated to the operations of the company. Hence, this is an issue
that hinders the scope of employment of the employee to be employed in the organization.
Bona Fide Occupational Requirements
There are certain standards against which the competencies of an employee is
determined by the employer of an organization. This is a step that has to be taken in order to
ensure that the employees who are being recruited into an organization will be able to satiate
the needs of the organization. Thus, there are certain factors that need to be complied with
and assessed in order to ensure the employees being recruited into the organization are

to be passed on to the owner of Brick’s Moving;
Consider Flexibility in working hours: Long working hours is the factor that is creating
hindrances for the employees. Thus, this is a factor that must be communicated the
owners that they do not lose the opportunity to capitalize on an effective employee.
Consider communicating the health related compliance: There are certain health related
compliances that employees have to adhere to. Thus, the company should present the
same to the candidate.
Communicating the Bona Fide Requirements: The Bona Fide Requirement are factors
that the organization needs to abide by. Hence, the same needs to be communicated in
order to ensure that they comply with the said requirements.
