BRIDGE BUILDING
In the initial stage of the business organization, it is seen that the Chief Executive
Officers are accompanied with the board of directors. The Chief Executive Officer is
responsible for decision analyzing and taking the final decision with the help of the board of
directors. Main function of Board of Directors is to make decision on behalf of the Chief
Executive Officer. The decisions that are taken by the Board of Directors are made with the
help of the data that are generated after completion of the project that is performed with the
help of the Construction department. Managing director is responsible for the completion of
the entire task. This ensures the fact that the management of the construction department is
performed in a better manner. The managing director is responsible for the managing of the
Finance department, Bridge construction department and Bridge maintenance department.
Monitoring the stated departments are the main responsibility of the managing director.
Managing the Quarry department is also one of the main responsibility of Managing director.
Bridge construction unit and the workshop unit works hand in hand in order to construct the
bridge and these section are considered to be the most important sections of the business
organization. The Quarry department is responsible for the resolving the issues of the
Planning Unit, Procurement Unit and the Risk mitigation unit. This ensures the fact that the
Quarry department helps in better completion of the project. Planning Unit helps in initiating
the project and the entire project is performed with the planning that is made with the help of
the Planning Unit. Procurement Unit is mainly responsible for resource management.
Procurement Unit is very important in the field of project completion. Risk mitigation process
is also responsible for better management of the project. Risk mitigation process also ensures
the terminology that the project gets completed without facing much risk. With the help of
the risk mitigation unit, the main advantage that is present helps in reducing the risk. This
reduction of risk helps in saving resources of the business organization.
