House Cafe which is a restaurant located in U.K. In this discussion, there will be detailed focus on preparation of a business plan.

To ensure that the customers are provided with the best experience which can help them in being able to ensure that they are able to get good
quality of food at the right prices effectively and efficiently.
Mission-
To strategically capture the market and get ahead of a wide variety of competition in the market by making the use of strategic tools and
techniques.
Goals-
To make sure that the attainment of higher market share in the market can be done.
To make sure that the expansion strategies are applied to capture other areas in the market.
Background and Expertise- I am a student who is currently undertaking a course on Marketing. Thus I think that by studying this course I will
be able to make sure that I am able to open the business of a restaurant by starting Bright Star Cafe (McKenzie, 2017).

Strengths- Bright Star Restaurant has a strong customer base which will enable it to be able to ensure that it can target higher-level of
profitability in the future.
Weaknesses- Bright Star Restaurant is not applying its marketing strategies in a proper manner which is creating an overall impact on the

Opportunities- Bright Star Restaurant can make sure that it is able to identify the wide range of different types of opportunities in the market to
expand so that higher-level of profits can be reached.
