INTRODUCTION
Globalisation refers to spread of information, products, jobs as well as technology across
the national boundaries. Along with this, it is a process of integration of different cultures,
people, government, companies of different by the mean of international investment and trade
(Sedelnikov, 2018). In the present report, Bright restaurant is chosen as base company. It is
located at West gate street, London. The current report covers the affect of globalisation on the
internal environment of an organisation. It also discuss about ways how organisation
management functions were embedded. Moreover, it also covers the importance of globalisation
within the chosen company.
MAIN BODY
About the company:
Bright Restaurant is one of the famous restaurants in London and offer different types of
food to the customer. It is also a wine bar and offers seasonal cuisine of high quality to
customers. The restaurant is located on westagate, London. It was founded by P. Franco with an
aim to offer unique food in market and reach its level on peak. The restaurant have a reservation
system through which customers reserve table which assist them to serve better to customers and
build positive market reputation. The menu of bright restaurant keeps on changing according to
the season and this is the main reason population of United Kingdom prefer to consume its
services. In addition to this, Bright restaurant uses various ways to promote its services globally
and to increases its market presence. In order to create awareness in market, it uses Instagram,
Facebook and many other social media apps which helps them to reach large audiences within
short time period. The higher authorities of Bright restaurant decides to expand its operations in
other countries also so that they can generate higher profits (Mayfield and Mayfield, 2019). They
also decided to add healthy and organic food in their menu as nowadays most of the people
consumes those food which is healthy and make them fit. Expansion of its operations globally
raise its value which will lead to enhancement of sales and profitability level of restaurant. By
the assistance of globalisation, the senior management have the opportunities to increase their
market presence and gain high market share as well.

Globalisation is basically interaction as well as integration of different people. Culture
and economy of a nation. Globalisation promotes economic growth, develop jobs and makes an
organisation more competitive within the market. It also uplift the poor conditions of societies
and raise their standard of living effectively. With reference to Bright restaurant, the company
wants to enhance their level of sales & profitability. For this, they decide to expand its operations
in the worldwide which assist them to gain high market share and increases its market presence
as well as reputation. The influence of globalisation on internal environment of Bright restaurant
is mentioned below:
Employees: As companies reaches globally, it affect on the workforce of an organisation
positively. The confidence and knowledge level of employees increases if they interact as well as
communicate to different peoples and understands different culture. Due to globalisation, pay
scale of employees also increases which encourage all staff members to work with full potential
and attain organisational goals within time frame. Along with this, the living standard of
employees also increases which leads to upliftment in their social status. With reference to
Bright Restaurant, expansion of business activities across the nation will assist higher authorities
to raise salary of employees that leads to increase in the productivity of workforce. This will also
helps company to raise their performance level within the market.
Organisation structure: Organisational structure of a company involves different
functions and department which are interlinked with each other and works towards attainment of
common goal of an organisation. Globalisation allows companies to enter into new market,
aligned with new partners and deal with new suppliers (Tian and et. al., 2018). For this, a
company need to make changes in their management structure. They require to change their

to do expansion and reach global market, the higher authorities of Bright restaurant need to
recruit effective employees and develop effective marketing strategies which will help them to
