Brightwell Vineyard is an underdevelopment project related to designing a whole
building. The building will contain multiple departments . It will be a manufacturing unit.
Henceforth, the report will emphasis over the various elements related to the construction site.
Team will be designed and stakeholders also identify which may contribute in the development
of the landmark. Morale and ethical consideration will also take into consideration under this
project. Fees and cost related details are also provide associated with designing and constructing
the whole project. The project is also discussing the organisation's aspect related to management
and programming area of the project. Furthermore, procurement strategies are also discussed in
this project. Health and safety related considerations will also take into consideration while
designing and developing the whole building. Personal development plan has also been included
under this project which can derive complete details about overall individual development.

MAIN BODY
Site and brief
Brightwell Vineyard is an under construction building that will manufacture vine. The
premises will be involved in producing vine. The design of the builder will cater the
manufacturer to produce the great quality of products along with facilitating other resources as
well in the building. Testing area of building will assess the quality of the production. This
project is discussing all aspects of the development of the landmark and building and will
consider all the relevant and necessary aspect of the building.

Design team and stakeholders
Designing Team is a process or a practice followed to design the whole team contain
different professionals handle certain team responsibility. The project manager will design and
formulate team comprises with bunch of employees and human resources that can offer expertise
to handle all operational and functional area of building. Professional will categories into
multiple departments such as human resources, marketing, production, designing team, resource

team, supply chain management, finance team and many more. All these departments will hire
employees to entertain certain functional responsibilities and areas (Frelin and Grannäs, 2021).
All these teams will include bunch of designated positions that may support and, motivate to the
organisation for addressing various roles and responsibilities at the organisation. Team will
include employee from different designated areas and professional which can further motivate to
the employees hold different skill set and abilities. Teams are already formulated and designed
and the roles and operational responsibilities are also segregated into different human resources

these stakeholder group contain certain role in the organisation and hold certain specific feature
