Mobile gym is the portable, versatile and cost effective source of investment which would
help to generate relatable profits for better functioning and working in a competitive
environment. The name considered best for the gym is Fitness zone and the city is Brisbane
Queensland. It is the second largest state in context of area in Queensland and geographically the
largest of Australia's capital. It also concentrates on giving healthy business environment which
would help to attract more customers. It would also help in maintaining sustainability and
stability in competitive economy. Mobile gym is the future of fitness gym, the gym is based on
trailers and towable SUV's and standard pickup trucks as well with four different size available
(Buterbaugh, 2020).

A gym has a number of advantages which are making use by a large group of individuals
and it is good for health and fitness too. To target the specific body parts, a gym has various
equipment’s and accessories. It is not possible for a working person to have access to so many
equipment’s at one place in a limited time and also in some localities, gyms with full
equipment’s and personal trainers are not available. Because of this, people have to travel a long
way, thus making a mobile gym is a feasible option. Therefore, it will be a great business
opportunity to explore the mobile gym business.
The name 'Fitness ZONE' will be given to the mobile gym. The 'Fitness ZONE' will be a
portable, versatile and cost effective mobile gym that provides local residents and working
employees from other cities in Brisbane, Queensland with a variety of workout routines, personal
training with custom modifications (Danila, 2019).
The mobile gym business has to compete with mobile personal training businesses which
provided personal trainer facilities in different areas of city. The main competitors of mobile
gym will be MORE2LIFE Personal Training, Actively You, Amore Fitness, etc., which already
exist market to provide training to customers but with a very less equipment’s on their side.
Fitness ZONE will provide services for both men and women, over the age of 18 for locals and
working professionals. Services will be provided according to the convenience of customer that

is completely customizable such as weekly, quarterly or yearly fitness programs, nutrition/diet.
The gym will retain the exclusive fitness products and selected food items. Customers will find
the products at Fitness ZONE that they won't find in grocery store and big retailers.

The location of gym will be in Brisbane city, Queensland, as it is the largest state by area
and also the capital city of Queensland, Australia. It has a perfect climate for business, faster
access to Asia and a balance of lifestyle and opportunity. Brisbane is the city where most
Australians are shifting to and has a resident population of 1.2 million people, a number expected
to grow to 1.5 million people by 2041. The city has the ideal environment for development,
investment and business confidence and a well-deserved reputation for investors.
The one of the big disadvantages of the location is the climate as the sunshine is mostly great
there so, the humidity is at its peak, things can get bit uncomfortable because mobile gym will be
operated outside the van most of the time (do Carmo, 2018).

Nowadays, commercial gym membership has reduced unusually for a number of reasons.
This has left fitness trainers and owners in a position to adapt such plan for those who no longer

where a large hub of people are available and wants to do workout as well. As doing workout

gym. The 'Fitness ZONE' will fully setup in less than 15 minutes, it will be the trailer based
mobile gym that offers flexibility by utilizing single and double axel cargo trailers with custom
