Introduction
This presentation is focused on the BRISBeutyPro, which is an Australian company working in
cosmetics in the international market. The presentation will evaluate the problems identified in
this organisation in regards to the lack of internal communication and also provide some relevant
solution as well on these identified issues. The first issue is regarding the e-mails which are not
effectively communicated in the staff members. The possible reasons, its significance and
solution will be provided.
Discussion
Potential cause or reasons for the problem
The issues of communication-related to the email between the staffs of the multinational
company BRISBeautyPro (BBP) are as follows:
It is a lengthy process to implement communication by emails, which takes time to
circulate in the staff members (Alolayan, et al. 2017).
E-mails are not suitable for real-time conversation in the organisation, so it is not
circulated by the managers in the BBP.
E-mail does not cover to those people which does not work on the desk.
Consequences of the problem
Most of the significant information and decisions are revealing by the management by the e-
mail. Ineffective circulation and competency of e-mails may affect negatively on the internal
communication of the organisation (Murtadho, 2013).
Recommendation
The company should provide charge to those managers who are working in the middle level of
management to circulate the e-mails properly in the organisation. It is essential to make changes
in the working process of internal organisation (Telang and Deshpande, 2016). These changes
have to be implemented in the head office of the organisation. The team managers and team
leaders which are working on the middle level of the management should take the

acknowledgement from each of the staff members to convey the message from e-mail (Iacob and
Badina, 2017).
Significance to resolve the issue
It is significant to resolve this issue for establishing well communication and relation between
the staff of the company. It is also important to clearly informing the staff of the company for the
important information (Gibassier, et al. 2015).
Conclusion
In a concluded manner, it can be said that team leaders and the manager have potentials to
manage internal communication by the formal communication channel.
