1.0 Introduction
The report focuses on analyzing and understanding the corporate strategies of Bristol City
Council. The corporate strategies of Bristol are analyzed in the light of the different government
and Council policies and Accenture’s participation in its success. The steps taken by the Council
to implement the strategies to improve the health care facilities in Bristol are analyzed in the
light of the corporate plan of the Bristol Council (Bristol.gov.uk, 2016). The Bristol City Council
is public sector organization, which employs corporate social partnership to develop strategies
for the proper development and implementation of strategies to improve the healthcare in the city
(Bristolccg.nhs.uk, 2017). The Bristol City Council has a functional organizational structure. The
advantages and limitations of the strategies employed for the improvement of healthcare is
studied in detail.

The mission of the Bristol city council is to improve the various facilities to improve the
