spread the data or information in the firm. In it, there tasks are assigned to the workers, also they
receive as well as respond to the feedback of the consumers and make the press release, so these
are few of the examples of business communication. It is focused with the aim of selling and
marketing of the product (Piskóti, and Nagy, 2021) . It is majorly utilised to advertise the goods,
services and base in order to communicate the data in the commercial business. The following
report is based on the company Bri-Tech which is a multinational IT firm. The following report
will cover about the common issues and barriers to effectual communication, effectual
techniques for eliminating those barriers and stating about he need of cultural awareness. In
addition to this, it will include few of the common theories of the organisational communication
and evaluation as well as overcoming of the barriers of communication that made workers who
are unwilling to return to the office. Moreover to this, Brit – Tech techniques to eliminate these
barriers.

Organisational communication means to the type of communication or the channels in
which a firm including non profits business, corporation, involvement of the government bodies
and many more. It is also a complex in nature as there are many things related to the
organisations, that requires a appropriate and graspable communication. There are various theory
related to it that are mentioned below:

of the firm position in the effectual communication by listening to everything
appropriately in order to accomplish the required task. It assist them to enhance their
performance in the firm. Moreover, the main aim of this theory is to make an appropriate
environment for work in the company by focusing more on their goals as well as targets
instead of their personal desires (Novitasari, and et.al., 2021).
Adaptive Structural Theory – It is one of the most effectual theory of the business
communication. It concentrates on the structure of communication methods in which all

components from the respective environment which might prevent in smooth flow of
communication. At the time of pandemic, workers are not comfortable to travel or go the
public area because of the issues of hygiene. In case of the Bri-tech the workers of the
firm are avoiding to travel on the public transport because of the spread of covid virus.

Emotional barriers – In covid 19, the organisation has allotted their work to the
employees, so, the workers are obliged to accomplish those specific task by being at
home only. As the employees are very much comfortable by working at home instead of

staying at their home and are not going out, so because of this people are not able to go
and meet with their colleagues or members of the organisation. This refers as the
interpersonal barrier. In context to Bri Tech, at the time of the lock down time, the
workers understand that company lost skills of their interpersonal relation. Employees are
also focused to work with other people in the organisation.
Perceptual Barriers – In it the workers are concerned that they are not yet taken the jab
of vaccine which can make the major issues for the workers at the organisation as it is
very dangerous for other employees in the company. In context to the Bri tech, at the time
of pandemic, few workers in the are agreed to not to take the jab of vaccine so it can be
act as barrier for the worker that are already vaccinated (Desai, and et.al., 2021).

From the above topic it can be recommended that the firm in accordance to maintain
effectual interaction and also to minimise the issues the firm can execute by taking
consistent feedback as it will assist to maintain and evaluate the weakness of the workers
and it can also maintain to support them and to encourage them by providing appropriate
training for the future growth.
