Abstract
Business communication is delivery of the ideas, thoughts with the information that are
being shared in between the employees and the employers in the organisation. Their helps in
managing the goals to be focused and also to reduce all kind of errors in the organisational
practises. Some of the barriers which are observed in the communication are like physical,
emotional, organisational etc. organisational communication helps to manage the Amstrad with
various theories and the functions. This report is summaries on Brit-tech company which is
planning to open the work from home facilities to their employees with some attractive
recommendations and suggestions.

INTRODUCTION
Business communication provides a major role in managing an effective link in the personal
and the professional attributes. It embarks to provide the personal growth in life and also in
effectively maintaining the interaction in relation to business relations. Their serves to be given
all the laws and the generalised principles through which the management and the business
implications are being addressed. The organisation chosen in this report is Brit-Tech as this is
well known multinational IT sector which planned to call back all their staff members as after the
normalise situation and post COVID (Conte, and et.al., 2020). This report will provide the
barriers and effective challenges that are being undertaken and the strategies used in order to
manage the cultural awareness. Further this will also provide the importance and the general
working and nature with cultural growth and effectiveness.

The Organisational communication provides the important method in which all the
information which are like the goals, policies, regulations and rules. This manage the
communications and the standard with which all the implications of the growth can be attuned. It
is mainly a complex method which manages the moving and framing all the clear and systematic
communication. Some of the major theory for all organisation communication are like: Adaptive structural theory- This theory manages all the digitalisation and also the
platform in which the employees are more shifted towards the technological aspects and
there is also provided the digital media influence. This manages to maintain the growth
and the advancement in the workplace and also opt the communication process that
regardless manage the integration in technology. this theory apply the effective
communication with all the business generation and growth (De Luca, and et.al., 2022). Team learning theory- this theory gives all the effective communication in which the
team working is being managed and all the members in the group try to get engage in that
working. As their main aim is to look forward for all the thoughts and the ideas in which
the resolving of the issues ion the organisation is managed by the active participation of
all the members. Their is been seen that all the individual give their views on the issues
and also provide certain ideas for growth. Their main aim is to channelise and manage the

Such communication are being inflicted through media in order to manage and attract the
customers as this mandates the hierarchical structure. All the ideas and the ways are
being drawn to the audience through which growth can be made. Act theory for communication- it helps in giving the ,motivation and also the methods
through which all the distribution, motivation with all the ideas, thoughts and the general
experience are being managed. This theory implies that all the project and the working
are being taken through different set of communication in which the immense changes
and the psychological hypothesis are underlined. It also manage the re-experience in
which the effective working and the frame work are being obtained (Johansson and Nord,
2018).
Barriers of communication which made employees unwilling to return to the office in pandemic
With the changes and the adaptation there is been seen that the COVID-19 provided so
many working organisation to be shut down and there is been observed that all such areas which
can manage the working from home has taken the initiative to frame all the employees to do the
work within the barriers and the regions. Some of the major issues that are being drawn in Brit-
tech with general communication barriers are like: Physical barrier- This complies with all the physical issues and the barriers in which the
employees will not be able to manage the work. It complies with all the hindrance that
occurred in the surrounding areas and environment. As at the time of pandemic all the
employees were not feeling safe to move out and to use any public transport as that
creates major chances to affect their health. Brit-tech observed the declining of the
employees towards coming in any if the areas for working and that is due to the travelling
risk that are being seen and observed (Tuleja, 2021). Emotional barrier- As this implies that all the emotional connection and the comfort that
is being generated by the individual in the allotted time period through work from home.
Brit-tech manages to implies to give all the segments and the facilities in which the work

from home can be managed and the comforting situation can be operated. They try to
manage all the safer environment through which the productivity and the advancement
can be enhanced and the timing with effective scheduling can be managed. Organisational structure barrier- This is mainly the areas and the accommodation in
which the work and the staffing is aligned. As in context to Brit-tech the staff was nit
feeling safe due to the place and the ventilation issue in the work areas and also regarding
to the no follow up of the social distancing due to immense crowding which is been
observed. All this make them unsure to come back to the place (Ratnasari, Hamdan and
Julia, 2019). Perceptual barrier- it covers all the employees who are being under the work zone and
there is been served that they had not been vaccinated as due to their choice and that
implies to have the vaccination not being opted. Some of the major issues which are
being undertaken. Brit-tech faced the issues as they regulates and face the non-vaccinated
people were facing that employees were not ready to manage the conversation with them. Interpersonal barrier- This is mainly the confidence and the inner skills that are being
opted by the persons in order to manage the working. There is observed that after
pandemic all the employees lose their interaction skills and they were not that confident
in connecting with the person. Brit-tech observed that due to this immense and long lock
down the people were not being able to manage the working and the were feeling less
confident in interaction as due to loss in interpersonal behaviour and skill (Konrad,
2018).
Brit- tech strategies to overcome from these barriers
It is important for the companies to manage the effective communication and this can
only be possible in case when the organisation implies to manage a clear and transparent
communication with their general work details and understanding. All the employees
performance are regulated and managed with the effective communication barrier. Some
strategies which are been taken are mentioned thereunder:
Feedbacks on time- It is been analysed that all proper management and the regular
feedbacks are required to be taken. As the company when in all the working areas take
the regular feedbacks from the employees then it will eventually create a transparency
and manage the opinion and the effective assistance.

Appropriate language- All the demonstration and the opted language which are being
used by the employees should be proper and there is required to be given the easy
understanding to the employees with which all the manageable the effective working can
be attained and the signs and easy appliance of wearing mask, distancing is being given. Specific information- All the details and the specific topics are required to be given to
all the employees. Along with it the points and the views of the employees are required to
be given in specified time through which the communication and the point of view is
managed (Mazzei, Butera and Quaratino, 2019).
Trying to manage and understand employees- All the company or the organisation are
required to manage the better understanding in which they should always give the points
and the reasons in which the communication can be perspective in systematic manner and
the points will be demonstrated bin all the legalised and transparent way. All the
communication are being undertaken with the employees view point.
CONCLUSION
This report provides the conclusion that the business communication is an important part
in which effective interaction with the workforce and the management of the work is being
analysed. Their are so many different aspect and ways in which communication is being made
they are like the formal and the informal. Some of the barriers over seen in the communication
are like physical, interpersonal, emotional and many more. Further more it is also concluded that
with the pandemic there is so many issues and the changes that are being taken and they implied
to have risk of life. So to overcome all these the company should manage the effective
communications and also the methods in which feedbacks and interactions can be made.

In order to manage the motivation in the employees there is required to have effective
communication which is needed to be made in order to create the growth and the stability. Brit
tech to manage the positivity and to gain thenb trust of the employees regarding joining the
office can apply certain measures which are like:
All the employees are scared to move in the public transport so the company can manage
and initiate to start the private transport facilities to all the employees.
