EasyJet (Bratton and Gold, 2017). British Airways serves 14 domestic destinations and 217
international destinations in 85 countries, as of April 2020.in this report there will be discussion
on interdependency of different function with each other in British airways
Business function
Marketing
Marketing department is significant for the organizations holding up obligation to
promote business into competitive market. marketing tens to have significant research to identify
market and target customers. In British airways marketing department plays crucial roles
promoting the business value and vision in target audiences delivering the will excellent services
and awareness of benefits of British airways services. It obligation of marketing departments to
reach out customer an investors along with identification of recent trends in completive business
environment.
Operation
This department is responsible for operation process from starting to end of the service
delivered to British airways. The process is properly lined up with several other function of
business such as marketing, finance and human resources (Deepak and Jeyakumar, 2019).
Operation department is responsible to look into consumer schedules along with looking into
new product development and research.
Finance department
This is valuable department of company known for its legal entity and accountability
regarding various resources, acquiring funds and managing of funds. On the other hand, this
