INTRODUCTION
Human resource management is an important approaches which is related to management
of human resource working for productivity of company. In order to overcome of these issues,
managers of company needs to adopt different styles of management as well as leadership
(Banatvala, Peachey and Münzel, 2019). This project report includes analysis of British Airways
which is a UK based organisation providing airways services. It was established in the year 1919
in UK and is a fag carrier airline of UK. It is second largest carrier of UK on basis of fleet size,
numbers of passengers to be carried and other things. This project report includes overview of
background of company and case. It consist action to be taken by both parties including
employers and employees. It consist implication of airline concerned and also details of ways in
which disputes occur in company can be resolved.

Managers of British Airways are planning to introduce new software in their organisation
in order to make their process more automated. Human resource managers are facing problems
in order to record attendance of employees, approving leave of employees and other things. In
order to overcome of these issues, managers are planning to introduced a human resource
software in their organisation (Baumler, 2017). But employees are not supporting to this decision
of managers as these people are thinking that it will create problem for them as it is recoding
correct time of employees present in organisation. It can results is conflict among employees and
managers of company. There are various reason of this conflict among employees and
management like lack of communication, lack of coordination, absence of trust factors and
others.
Actions to be taken by Employees
In this, employees of British Airways are resisting to changes in organisation and taking
various action which can create impact over productivity of company. Some of these action
taken by employees in context of British Airways are mentioned below:
