INTRODUCTION
Human resource is the most important or essential resource for all organizations. This report
will give an idea about the different roles and purposes of the human resource department.
This report is based on the working and managing of the human resource of the service
industry. The report will also discuss the relation of the services industry and employees and
how it affects the employment law of a place. A further report will analyse the different
working and process of the hr department like recruiting, planning and development of the
employees.
