Work Breakdown Structure and Gantt chart for the Project
Work break down structure: It is defined as the practice of decomposition of the
teamwork into different manageable sections. Additionally, it helps in defining the scope into
manageable chunks so that project team can easily understand and can accomplish the task on

methods. Two types of research methods are there namely
primary as well as secondary explaining underneath:
11

Primary research: It is method to collect first-
hand information using surveys, interviews,
questionnaires etc. In the present research,
questionnaire tool is opted to collect accurate and
reliable data (Fisher, 2011).
Secondary research: While carrying out research
through this method, researcher makes use of those
information which has already used or publicly
available. It mainly includes public research
reports in survey, internet or in library.
Qualitative research: This method is opted if the
researcher wants the exact views, behaviours and
beliefs of others. In addition to this with the help of
this method it will be very easy for the researcher
to determine the actions and behaviour of the
individuals as well as it limit the researcher to
select the entire population. Moreover, collecting
information through qualitative research methods
like questionnaires, focused group etc. increases
accuracy and reliability if data.
Quantitative research: It is termed to be the
structural way of collecting and analysing
information which are obtained from different
sources and it mainly involves uses of
mathematical tools, statistical and computational
tools like online surveys, articles to drive valid
result. Additionally, it tries to quantify the problem
and understand how prevalent it is to determine
