are interrelated and delay in one tasks can have direct effect on the final outcome. In context of
present study, researcher will use time management strategy in order to prevent the delay in
completion of the research project. Scheduling will be done properly and will be monitored
closely so that study can be completed within specified period of time.
Quality: This is the main component of project management plan. Quality is the factor which is
required to be considered by scholar during collection of information. This factor has great

philosophy. Reason for selecting the interpretative research philosophy is that it has helped
researcher in executing the investigation process in systematic manner. This specific research
philosophy is appropriate for the present study because a phenomenon such as: specific problem
about globalisation explained by the researcher on the basis of the already established research and
literature. Scholar has selected the interpretivism research philosophy considering the research
questions as well as nature of the study. (Blamey and Thompson, 2017.).
Research approach : This is important part of research methodology. An appropriate research
approach helps scholar in reaching to the conclusion. It also assists researcher in accomplishing the
desired results. The two commonly utilised research approaches are inductive and deductive. In
context of present study, scholar has used inductive research approach. This specific research
approach has been selected by researcher considering the nature of problem (Kumar, 2017.). The
rationale for choosing inductive research approach is that n it enables investigator to form early
tentative theory which can be explored.
Data collection : Accumulation of the data is the most essential activity in research. The two
sources which are commonly used by the researcher for collection of facts and figures on different
topic is primary and secondary source. In context of present study, questionnaire technique has been

information. Interview is the other technique which will be utilised by researcher fgor copllection
of the data related to the subject.
Sampling : In context of present research, sampling activity has been executed by the scholar
considering the limitation of time and resource. Sampling is basically involves selection of few

people from large population as a participant in research. In context of present investigation ,
researcher has selected twenty participants that is managers of British Telecom by using random
sampling technique (Turner, Cardinal and Burton, 2017.). The reason for choosing the random
sampling is that it helps in eliminating the biasses.
Data analysis: This is considered to be as important research activity which assist scholar in
making the research report presentable as well as understandable to user. In addition to this, it also
aids reader in identifying purpose of the research. In context of present study, researcher has used
them antic technique for analysing the data (Lewis, 2015.). The reason for choosing the thematic
technique is that it makes the analysis procedure easier. Scholar has also used thematic analysis,
investigator has created the different themes on the basis questions and answers provided by
participants during the investigation procedure. Researcher has used the tables as well as graph for
presenting the information in appropriate way.
