CONCLUSION
From the above study, it has been articulated that effectiveness of the strategy formulated
by the organization plays a crucial role in profitability and the expansion of organization and its
working. It can be outlined that voluntary organization Brook has the effectual strategic
framework and its applicability towards providing sexual health services. Through the analysis
of the models used by it such as value chain model and others along with its strategies, it is stated
that it has competitive edge in the market with the dominance over other organizations providing
similar services such as Auckland sexual health service provider. Further, gap analysis done with
respect to its services states that there is the need of improvement in its quality such as
inculcation of high tech medical equipment and others.
