Strategic planning refers to as the process of organization which defines the
strategy or direction to the company. It also assist in making decisions for
allocating its resources in order to pursue the strategy. In other words it is an
organizational management activity which is used for setting priorities, focus
resources, strengthen operations and ensures that workforce are working
together towards the achievement of common goals. This report is emphasized
on the strategic planning of the Brook organization. Further, this report describes
the affects of external environment and the review of existing business plans of
the organization. Moreover, this report is focused on the development of options
of for strategic planning and also the construction of a strategy plan. In addition
to this, examination of factors have been done which affects the strategy of
organization. With a similar aspect to this, implementation of the strategy plan
have been done.

1.1 The importance of external factors affecting an organization
External factors that have both negative and positive aspects to the organization
which are related outside business some factors that affect the Brook are:
Political: This is the important factor which an organization need to asses in
order to cope up with the change. If there is change in government policies
related to health then it affects the business decision. For this purpose company
should update themselves as per changes.
Technological: This has enormous impact on the health business as they need
to be updated with the new tools and techniques so that they can cure the
disease at an early stage. Provide best service quality and the education of using
the product.
Environment: This also plays a crucial role in the Brook business as the
equipment used for the medical purpose may pollute the environment so these
should be bio gradable and dump properly and at a proper place so that people
do not comes in contact with these infected equipment.

1.2 Needs and expectation of stakeholders of the organization
Stakeholders are the person who are related to organization whether internal or
external some of them are:
Service provider: Every employee have some expectation with the organization.
Employee works at there best when they are motivated for there work, provide
job satisfaction by giving them good pay scale, and good hygienic condition for
working.
Service user: These are the one who plays important role for whom the
organization is working. Consumer needs from any organization is that they
provide quality of service at affordable price. Brook provide free health services
related to sexual health that information should be authenticated so that wrong
information should not harmful any user.
Care quality Commission: There expectation from the organization is that they
provide good quality of services to consumer which helps them in improving
there health and provide time to time information relate to the services provide by
them if these are affected then action can be taken against due to failing in
services availed by them.

There are major changes which are taking place in the external environment has
a great impact on the strategy of Brook. Some of the changes and its impact are
discussed as follows:
Governmental Policies: There are many changes going on in the policies of
government and they influence the strategy of Brook organization. The
government wanted to have a instant birth control in the UK and for that purpose
Brook has to increase its limit of advising people about the usage of
contraceptive equipments. Due to this company has to change its strategic
planning.
Cultural Diversity: In UK the major change prevailing is related to the cultural
diversity. In today's date there is not a single culture in whole UK whereas,
people form diverse culture has started residing in the nation. Thus, this has
become a greater challenge for the company to educate and do the counseling of
different people. The strategic plan has to be changed as per the beliefs and
values of service users.

2.1 Effect of current business plan on the organization
Every organization plan have certain advantages and disadvantages on the
business. Brook have bad strategic plan due to which there work is getting
affected as number of young service provider have different way to perceive
their work. Different knowledge of everyone clashes in the work and due to
which their service are getting affected. For strong business plan they have to
follow certain criteria so that business can reach to zenith. There services
should be improved with quality. New strategic plan can be implemented so that
they can be upgrade with new technologies and policies implemented by the
government should be kept in mind before adopting or planning new plan.

2.2 The position of an organization in its current market
Current market plan of any health care business is planned on certain
parameters which are services, quality, techniques implied by them, future scope
and approach to new opportunities.
Services: There are number of young service provider with age less then 25.
Mostly provide services regarding the sexual problems as these are increasing
day by day so they largely render services, information,medical facilities and
expertise advice in this health care affairs.
Quality: The organization quality is improve with the help of education given by
the professional doctors regarding every aspect of the health care issue whether
its related to the sexual complication and pregnancy of the women, and service
like test, checkup, medicine solution are given.
Future Plan: They will maintain the same range of plan in the future with same
dynamic workforce in the same health care issue that are sexual issues. And
also planning to joined with the other venture who are experienced in these
amenities.

2.3 The competitive strength and weaknesses of an organization's current
business strategies
Every business have an knowledge to understand there plan and strategies to
be competitive in the market. The aim of any organization to be competitive in
the market which can be determined by the strength and weakness.
Skilled labor and young dynamic workforce are employed by the Brook because
young people are more enthusiastically do there work. Brook provide free
services and information related to the any heath issue such as pregnancy
checkup, advice related to them, and education related to any infected diseases.
They also conduct lectures and seminar related to health problems which are
organized by professional doctors to trained them. The weakness of the Brook is
that these are not upgrade with the new technologies as these are the most
important factor for the health care business to be technical be improved so that
they can deliver the education and patient illness can be cued with the available
technology and medicine.
