Strategic planning refers to as the process of organization which defines the
strategy or direction to the company. It also assist in making decisions for
allocating its resources in order to pursue the strategy. In other words it is an

1.1 The importance of external factors affecting an organization
External factors that have both negative and positive aspects to the organization
which are related outside business some factors that affect the Brook are:
Political: This is the important factor which an organization need to asses in
order to cope up with the change. If there is change in government policies
related to health then it affects the business decision. For this purpose company
should update themselves as per changes.
Technological: This has enormous impact on the health business as they need

Brook has to increase its limit of advising people about the usage of

Every organization plan have certain advantages and disadvantages on the
business. Brook have bad strategic plan due to which there work is getting
affected as number of young service provider have different way to perceive
their work. Different knowledge of everyone clashes in the work and due to
which their service are getting affected. For strong business plan they have to
follow certain criteria so that business can reach to zenith. There services
should be improved with quality. New strategic plan can be implemented so that
they can be upgrade with new technologies and policies implemented by the

organized by professional doctors to trained them. The weakness of the Brook is
that these are not upgrade with the new technologies as these are the most
