assigned to commence a playhouse project (Cubby House). Traditional teaching and learning
process have become obsolete these days and this fact is known to all. This proposal depicts the
design and implementation of a play house. Smith family has decided to design and construct a
playhouse in their garden for 2 children. The responsibility of design and construction of such
playhouse “Cubby House” is taken by Mr. Smith. The project is proposed to be completed in 15
days from 1st August and 15th August. The total budget estimated for the construction of the play
house is $1000.
Task 2: Scope Management plan
The scope of the project is to design and construct a play house in the garden of Smith
house for 2 children. In addition to this, the project supervisor should ensure that all child safety
and security concerns are being taken and throughout followed. The specifications proposed for
the project are elaborated below and must be completed in the budget of $1000 and 15 days. The
area considered for the construction project is 5X6 Feet. A red slide will be attached in the front
side and a pink/red pole will be attached at the other front that the children will use to climb up.
