This project report details the development, implementation, and evaluation of a sustainability process suitable for the workplace at Lonsdale Institute. The report is structured in three stages: research and development, implementation, and evaluation and review. Stage 1 involves researching and consulting with stakeholders to create a strategy for minimizing resource use, reducing toxic materials, and employing life cycle management approaches. Stage 2 focuses on creating a presentation to promote the sustainability strategy, outlining benefits, activities, roles, responsibilities, associated procedures, and continuous improvement plans. Stage 3 involves reviewing the sustainability policy and procedures, documenting outcomes, evaluating areas of achievement and non-achievement, providing a continuous improvement report, and suggesting improvements. The report includes an introduction to Lonsdale Institute, its purpose, scope, and principles, followed by detailed plans for energy, water, waste management, purchasing, and education, with implementation plans for each. The document also includes a presentation outline for promoting the sustainability strategy, detailing benefits and activities. The aim is to provide a comprehensive sustainability framework for Lonsdale Institute.
