payroll processing, new employee, record keeping and benefits administration. Every
organisation gives importance to the human resource because transactional functions,
departmental budget, and outsourcing are handled by this department. It is the major function of
the human resource to hire highly skilled, qualified and talented employees for the organisation
who will perform allocated roles and duties in a most proper manner to meet organisational
needs and wants. Apart from this, there are some other Human resources practices, functions
and responsibilities which are examined as below:

this, you will act as the General Manager Human Resources of Bounce Fitness or (your
own organisation) and must develop a strategic human resources plan for the CEO and
Board of Directors to approve. The plan must be formatted in an appropriate style and be
free of spelling mistakes or grammatical errors.
Any policies and procedures that you design must be in the format of other policies and
