Case Study
Introduction
Effective inductions is an important activity to assisting new employees settle down quickly and
fully take up their roles in an organization. Induction procedures and guidelines should be
objective to build employee confidence to become productive by reducing anxieties that can
impede their ability to learn or undertake the new job (Debroux, 2017). This report outlines
procedures for induction of Healthcare united that align to the organization policies and comply
with existing legislation to improve the absorption process.
Induction Program
Induction of policy objective and statements ensure that any staff employee has the capacity to
analyze policy and procedure on existing selection process for any organization.Inductive
program requires addressing time frames, workforce, documentations, trainings, monitoring and
evaluation.During recruitment procedure defines a key job position.
It contains responsibility and duties of the job position through: Job titles, Location of job by
departments, faculties or division and method of delivery through job descriptions, purpose, post
holder multitasking other duties and working conditions.
The post holder should indicate that they will maintain and observe regulations on fire, safety,
and health. Toolkit content should feature all individuals of various capabilities including the

Overseeing of probationary employees’ objectives based on organizational policy requires that
all new staff members undergo an induction and finish a probation period. Probation procedure
aids the line manager to identify if the role is suitable for the position. The checklist for
procedure includes job role and grade of the employee as per their contract term or extension
period. Probation process evaluation form should correspond as the duration of employment
(Wilton, 2016).Procedures and recruitment in Healthcare united, imposing revised and newly
policies that improve recruitment and selective processes of the company.
Conclusion
The amendment of policies and procedures for induction process for an organization enhance its
ability to effectively absorb employees. The Health Care United will expand it capacity to recruit
