Introduction:
After reviewing and evaluating Woolworths issues, it has been measured in the
previous task that the business is suffering from the technological issues which would impact
on the overall performance as well as planning has been done to resolve the issues and the
performance of the business. It has been found that these issues could be resolved through
applying the few strategies, innovation and the proper planning in the business.
Organizational chart:
On the basis of the evaluation, it has been measured that the organizational chart of
the business is of matrix type which explains that the entire communication flows through a
formal way. It has been estimated that the entire process of resolving the issues must be
papered by the marketing manager and the technological manager, once is has been
confirmed from the managing directors and the board of managers of the business than it
must be communicated with the team members to implement it in the business in specific
manner.
The current process of information transferring of the business is better as with the
help of this process, the overall performance and the position of the business could be
managed in a better way. The risk management level of the business has been studied further
and it has been measured that the better strategic plan would help the business to save itself
from any kind of issues and it has also been measured that the main authority of the entire
process is in the hand of the manager and it has also been found that the legal authority of the
entire process would be managed by the corporate lawyer of the business as well as the
changes would help the business to improve the overall performance of the business in the
market (Rummler & Brache, 2012).
The changes have been implemented in the business at the starting of the January and
it has also been measured that the changes would be done in the business in such a way that
by the end of the February month, the performance of the business would be better. The
identification of the business issues have already been done in the part A. further, the analysis

and the decision analysis process has also been prepared in the 1st part of Part B. Now the
business is required to implement the process so that the overall position and the performance
of the business could be improved (Galbraith, 2017). The implementation requires better
information among the team so that they could manage the entire performance and the
process in the better way.
Conclusion:
On the basis of the study, it has been measured that if the better implementation
would be done than the position of the business would be improved and the business issue of
the business would also be overcome.
