Each workplace has a different culture and a manager needs to adapt. One
example provided in Cole is the case of Jim Hayward who didn’t drink tea or
coffee, but realised he needed to have a “cuppa” in his hand if he wanted to
talk with staff informally. Otherwise it became formal.
Provide an example of how you have adapted to a different workplace culture
to ensure you have been able to fit in and gain support.
It is found that different workplace has different cultures and employees
need to make themselves fit within that culture. It is identified that I have
adapted to different workplace where the managers as well as people who are
in the higher authorities talk or discuss with the team members as well as
workers formally. I have adapted the place and have ensured that I have been
able to fit within the entire place for gaining proper support within the entire
organization. We discuss formally and gets proper solution so that the
problem can be resolved.
