a. What impact can your automatic responses to these triggers have on others in the
workplace?
b. Using your increased awareness of such triggers. how could you control your responses?
How could you model workplace behaviours that demonstrate productive management of
emotions for others?
You will use this material in Part B. Submit this report to your assessor at the end of the
assessment.
A. Opposite belief and value: It can be hard to find the opposite emotional values and beliefs. It
can be hard to be tolerated. When other person not agrees with someone’s values and beliefs than
they could be feel a difficult situation. The person can take them positively and can think about
their plus and minus points.
B. Ego prevention: The ego prevention can become a trigger of emotional intelligence in which
a person can determine on their own egos and attitudes. They can change them for anyone and
makes their own decisions. A person can respond the egos by seeing the negative and positive
perspectives of them.
(B) While seeing the enlargement of both the triggers the opposite belief and values can be taken
positively and their positive points could be seen. It will provide the positive behavior towards
them and at the level of ego perception it is necessary to maintain people according to the
requirements and needs of the organization. The modern workplace styles like communication
and honesty can provide a productive management of emotions for other person (Mayer, et. al.,
2016).
