The major areas of work for this year are:

Customer relationship: Under this, a major project is to serve customers with friendly and
effective behaviour so that their experience tends to rises. Work on their problems so that

efficiency gains would be promoted. Fill each and every user order on time for maximizing

efficacy.

Administration: Another key skill on which work is required for this year is managing sales
presentation, submit orders by referring orders, monitor monthly sales target to

accomplished etc. This area needs more improvement as from past few days focus is not

getting done on work due to some personal problems.

Teamwork: Promote and support team of sales so that agreed goals would be
accomplished. Along with this, also need to abide each and every team member regarding

policy and procedure of working so that beneficial gains could be estimated.

Yes, all key areas met properly which facilitate in improving skills further. But, I have to work

on my customer relationship aspect which needs further improvements so that determine

gains would be reflected properly.

In this year, my major work is just to interact with employees. I have to perform each aspect

properly by determining consent properly.If employees conduct and behaviour is not

appropriate then it leads to influence work and other individuals as well. All associates start

behaving similarly which proclaim negative stances towards work. Thus, I have to guide and

trained them properly by abiding them each and every regulation properly. It is my key work

to adhere to employees regarding company policy. By defining policies, effective teamwork

promoted which supports in the further accomplishment of targets.

I have to work on my Key Performance Indicators to do well job during this year. A better

awareness regarding consideration of skills is must so that each and every aspect would be

fulfilled. I have to improve my administration skills as well as keep tracking my interaction

skills. Also, I have to get aware of market trends so that beneficial attribute could be drawn.

By getting aware of recent and current trends, skills and working could be improved as well

as competency would be enhanced effectively. That’s all is essential for me to do my job well

for this entire year so that management also gets better and effective outcome.

Major support to do things well is teamwork and cooperation of each and every single

memberof the unit. Taking proper feedbacks from clients as well as individual team member

also assist in performing things properly. This results in doing aspects proper and better
