third aim of the company is to offer innovative products in accordance to the expectations of the
customers. The fourth aim of the company is to provide efficient and timely customer care
services. The fifth mission clause of the company is to employ talented and perform oriented
staff. The sixth mission clause of the company is to market environmentally sustainable goods
and services. The seventh mission clause mentions that XYZ aims to adopt work practices which
would support its policy of marketing sustainable goods and services. The eighth clause support
all the previous clauses and aims to bring about continuous improvement in all the above clauses.
The management of XYZ Company in accordance to the aforementioned vision and
mission statements, should develop strategies to continuous improve the operations in the
company. The strategies throughout their length and breadth should provide opportunities to
employees to get involved in the entire process and to provide their feedback and ideas in order
to contribute to the strategy formation. The strategies would form consist of the following

continuous improvement by providing training to its employees. The management of the

employees and accordingly plan the improvement plan. The entire process should take place
throughout the year which would be followed by improvement plan.

The following are the procedures which can be adopted to provide feedback and
contribute ideas for continuous improvement in XYZ Company:
