against the backdrop of a arbitrary ecommerce company called BBQfun. The company is an
ecommerce company operating in Australia with its headquarters in Brisbane, Australia. The
management of the company operating under the leadership of Peter Mifsud holding the position
of the CEO approached an external consultant. The external consultant would be required to
determine the physical and human resource requirements which the company would require to
procure to in order to achieve its business objective of increasing its market share. The research
