1. Clarify your organisation’s main objectives, values and standards.
Summarise these in a report of around 150-200 words.
Calvary Health Care has a Code of Conduct their staffs are to abide by, they
also have a zero tolerance toward bullying and rights and responsibilities of
staff and visitors. All staff attend an orientated where there are educated on
the expectations of Calvary. The resource for the organisations objectives,
values and standards can be found on the intranet, website, pamphlets and
posters around the hospital. Organization’s objectives, values and standards
are to cater to patient’s health goals.
Calvary also has a strong set of values which are Stewardship, Healing,
Respect and Hospitality.
2. Using your organisation’s mission, vision and values statement (or
equivalent document) as a reference, identify links to broader
company objectives.
Broader company objectives for Calvary Health Care comprises off catering
to patient’s healthcare objectives and goals.
Vision statement comprises of caring for vulnerable patient’s and end of life
care.
Values of the organization consists of 12,000 staffs with volunteers that
includes 15 Public and Private Hospitals. It also includes 17 Retirement and
Aged Care Facilities along with national network of Community Care
