1LEADERSHIP ACROSS ORGANIZATION
1. From the above analysis, it can be discussed that that leadership skills I possess from
those techniques I was able to make the best of my leadership skills. I did a proper
analysis on the factors that can be associated with risk and I took many precautions for
that. My goal was to create a safe and healthy working environment for the employees at
work (Sageer, Rafat & Agarwal, 2012). The areas where I need to improve are the part of
better management of the employees as throughout most of the task, it was difficult for
me alone to handle the entire team. Therefore, my area of improvement would be better
team handling. I was able to engage the entire stakeholder in the meeting and was able to
talk to all of them. The public relations officer handled the stakeholders. For the task, my
style of leadership is appropriate because it would maintain a safe working environment
and ethically it would be ideal.

2. My objectives towards professional development would be to gain knowledge of the
subject matter along with the aims and purposes of using the materials at hand. The
priority of achieving these is essential to make the organization a better place to work at.
The activities would include a better and safe working environment for the people to
work in and guidance programs that people would follow diligently (Leroy et al., 2015).
Other activities would include planning and knowledge on how to lead the team in a dire
situation. The two of the most important resources I need would be the sufficient capital
and work force. Other resources would include the equipments and the environment that
would make the workplace safe to work. My timeline would be enough to short enough
to make the best out of the resources I have with me. It is within this timeframe that I
have to make personality development within the organization.

Plan Timeline
With the introduction of training, the
employees would gain sufficient knowledge
about the resources and on how to use them.
In case of safety hazards, the employees
should know on how to use all the safety
measures within the office. This would
include the awareness of the surrounding and
keeping a clean and safe environment during
working hours. In addition, it is known that
many employees fall sick due to work
pressure. Therefore, use of regular breaks is
required to keep the employee active and
fresh at the job. The tool inside the work
environment is also a factor as sometimes
shortcuts is one of the leading causes of
accidents. Therefore keeping emergency exits
would make quick access in case of any
problems (Swamy, Nanjundeswaraswamy &
Rashmi, 2015). As the supervisor, it is also
essential for me to keep track of safety or
hazardous risks. It is legally essential to
ensure the workers have safe and working
condition to work so that everything is in
place. If there is less stress in the working
environment then there is less chance of
accidents from happening. Also having the
proper safety equipment would reduce the
chance of accidents.

4. It is essential to keep the working environment safe as well as ethical. When the work
environment is safe from accidents, it is my duty to keep the place perfect it terms of
quality. For these the communication between the employees needs to be rectified. Once
there are rules and regulations that would maintain the quality of the company if there
were any risks. In terms of ethical behavior, it is my responsibility to be strict with the
employees whenever they are late to work and when they are found to be slacking off.
This is maintained when proper training programs are introduced and if the human
resource department hire reliable employees who work on time and does not change or
leave jobs frequently (Huselid, 1995). As per the Business Code of Conduct and Ethics
Policy the company would entrust me to always try its best to seek the best suppliers
available and as this is my responsibility to maintain a safe and working space for work.
