are also directed by the Group (Cardy and Leonard 2014). These also the part of providing the
satisfactory returns which are part of primary objective of the Group.
In case of values and standards of Wesfarmer is concerned the company tends to deal
with the Market Disclosure Policy which are being developed for all the personnel of
Wesfarmer. Wesfarmer has some strict policy against insider trading. Wesfarmer compliance
