methods to control the error or waste. In this way, the company will be able to keep a balance
between sudden situations and expectations.
Plan-2
The Australian hardware has decided to have a meeting every month but many times it is
not possible to held a meeting each month. In this case, the team members will get distraction
from the work and not concentrate on the particular task. Now, to deal with this condition, the
company should prepare a digital conversation in which the leader will interact directly with the
team members instead of physical appearance and guide to all.
AMENDED ACTION PLAN AND CONTINGENCY PLAN
The action plan will be amended on the basis of specific failure related issues. For
example, if company fails to manage the deadline of set objectives then the team of expert will
be hired which would again consume the higher cost and time too. This would be in the line of
emergency plan under which difficult circumstances will be looked upon. Apart from this, the
issue related to communication plan might be faced due to conflict in the team and missing
deadline. For this purpose, the emergency plan will also be updated and corporation would
accordingly find the alternative ways to effectively communicate the plan.
EVALUATION AND CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT SCHEDULE
On the basis of the above-mentioned transition and communication action plan, it has
been evaluated that Australian hardware and homeware company is trying to make innovations
in the manufacturing process. It has been evaluated that the company has a main focus on the
maximization of productivity, reduction in waste and errors within the time period of 24 and 10
months. Further, it will be helpful to achieve the targets of production. To sustain the continuous
improvement, the company facilitates the effective time management by setting shifts for the
workers to reduce workload.
