The leadership behaviours which is followed in the business of Boutique Build Australia is participative
leadership style which allows the employees of the business to also have a say in the decision making
process of the business. The senior management of the company consults the employees and discusses
with them if any change is being implemented in the organization and whether there are any objections
relating to the same. The senior management takes all the major decisions while the executives and
managers implement the same so that appropriate results can be obtained from the process and
employees can be motivated to achieve their goals respectively. The leadership behaviors of the
business can be regarded as appropriate considering the nature of operations and the long term goals
which the management intends to follow.
It is to be noted that appropriate leadership style is considered to be important as businesses are able to
take important decisions on the basis of the leadership style and are also able to influence the
employees and motivate them so that they can contribute to the needs of the business. In addition to
this, appropriate leadership style is also necessary for directly and controlling the activities of operations
