INTRODUCTION
A business plan is that plan which is written as a formal document which contains the
goals, objectives, vision, mission, etc. of the business (Tomczak, Reinecke and Kuss, 2017) . It
also describe businesses nature and provide with the financial and other information relating to
business. It also states the strategies which will be used by the company to fulfil its objectives.
For this report, the business idea is of organic food truck under the name: “Wheelyzz”.
MAIN BODY
Wheelyzz” is a organic food truck company having sole proprietorship. The company
self produce their organic vegetables and make fresh fast food items such as: pizza, burger, etc.
and serve its customers.
The mission of this business plan is to provide healthy, quality and authentic food to its
customers which is made keeping focus on heath of the individuals. The vision of this business
plan is to provide customers and people of community with satisfaction and happiness.
The main objective and goal of this business is to provide people with healthy and
organic food to help them in improving their heath. The another goal is to open branches of
Wheelyzz” by increasing the sales of products and profits.
The “Wheelyzz” food truck is located in Austalia at F-100, Luddenham, New South
Wales, Australia. The contact number of the company is: +61 123 456 789. The operating hours
of the food truck will be from morning evening 5 PM to after midnight 3 AM and website is:
www.wheelyzzfoodtruck.au.
“Wheelyzz” food truck will provide with wide rage of food options to its customers. The
items included in the menu card are: Burgers, Pizza, Tortilla chips, Tacos, French fries, and
beverages like: Bottled water, Lemonade, coke, etc.
The business planned have a single owner and for this an application has to be filled for
the food truck. Along with the application, the necessary documents like vehicle registration,
food safety supervisor certificate, suggested menu, trade waste permit from the Sydney waters,
heath inspection reports, etc. are to be submitted. On the payment of certain amount of fee the
application is to be submitted either by email or mail or in person to the authorities. The owner
of the business is sole proprietor and with the help of 3 other workers, the food trucks activities
will be managed. 1 staff member will assist the owner in cooking and the other two will serve

and take orders. The insurance taken by the company to run the business are: Public liability,
product liability, fire & perils, commercial vehicles, management liability, business
& general property and business interruption.
There is a risk for the business as it is a start-up and there are lots of competition
(Edwards, 2018). But it can be assumed that the organic and healthy food provided will be an
advantage.

To make this Business more sustainable, all the waste left of the resources are collected
and special dish is prepared which is donated to poor and people at streets.

and healthy food with large portion size and at affordable range (Cooper, 2018). To satisfy all
these demands the Wheelyzz food truck is planned. The target market for this business is the
people of all age group as now a days everyone is health conscious. Currently the targeting area
will be limited to the city only and it will be as per the interest and lifestyle of the people. Who
prefer health and taste both.
SWOT analysis includes fresh ingredients, high quality as its strengths; no brand
recognition, no seating arrangement as its weakness; partner with other organic vendors,
leveraging relationships with suppliers as opportunities and threats includes: existing competition
in the market and new entrants.
The competition in the market is very high as there are several other food trucks in town
that are selling similar products however they are not using organic vegetables and healthy
options in menu (Alexander, 2018). The competitive pricing strategy is used by the business
which is similar to that of competitors.
For the marketing strategy the plan is the build relationships with local vendors to grow
initial customer base and also through social platform, the customer base is increased. Initially
the business can quote less price for products as the resources are self owned and from the
suppliers with whom they have good relationship with.

It is concluded form the above report that the business plan should be made effectively so
that there occur no problems in future. It should have an object, planned strategies by which the
goals can be achieved and also have all the necessary legal requirements complied with.
