INTRODUCTION
The issue discusses under the article is the impact on the environment due to the climate
change. Climate change has lead to the increased and frequently changing weather events such as
waves, floods and droughts that has lead to risk to human life, property, and causes disruption in
the society. This has lead to the global warming, increase in the carbon dioxide, reduction in the
wildlife, and water bodies are getting disturbed. So, the issue involved in this case is the
allocation of the fund for reducing the negative impact of the climate change on the environment.

Possible solution that can be adopted
ARUL can reduce its impact on the environment by adopting various methods as are
described below:
1. Solar energy: For reducing its impact on the environment ARUL can install solar panels
on the roof of their office. Installation of the solar panel will help in saving energy. It will
also help in reducing the electricity bills of the company (McKuin, and et.al., 2021).
There are many key advantages of using solar panels such as, it will help in the reduction
in the usage of the water. For generating electricity water is used in the large quantity for
cooling generators, processing, refining fuel and for many more. The solar panels helps in
the reduction of the air pollution as the use of the fuel releases carbon dioxide in the air
and that can also leads to asthma, heart attacks, allergies etc.
2. E-bike: E-bike refers to the bikes that has electric motor which helps in the reduction of
the carbon emissions in the air (Rérat, 2021). E bike are beneficial for the long journey as
it does not require petrol for its functioning. Various companies are encouraging their
employees to purchase e bike for the reducing the air pollution in the environment. This
can be done by providing them with the loan facility or by providing them free of cost.
As e bike encourages individual to use transport less which will help in generation of
pollution free environment.
3. Paperless office: This technique will promote the company in using digitalization of the
documents. This will reduce the usage of paper as everything will be stored in electronic
form. The company will use computer devises to store the information and every
document of the company. Going paperless will help in saving trees and that will impact

the environment in a positive way (Dorji, 2018). It will help in saving cost of the
company as well as the reduction in the usage will refer in saving of extra cost on the
papers and also the storage and maintenance cost of the company is saved.
Some solutions that cannot be adopted
The arul will not adopt two methods for the protection of the environment that is e bike
and paperless technology. The company will not use e bike solution as it does not offer many
advantages to the company as well as to the society (Abrahamson, 2021). As this technique only
helps in saving money and getting fitter. And on of the disadvantage of this technique is that not
every person can operate this as for using this the person needs to be fit. Moreover, it includes
high price and the repair and maintenance of these bikes are also high. As the fuel is not used for
the operation of the e bike, it takes long time to charge its battery and that will also lead to the
the consumption of the electricity. So, in order to protect one factor of the environment it will
lead to the consumption of other resource. That will make it unattractive way of protecting the
environment.
Using paperless office is not possible for the many companies as some documents can not
be present in the electronic form. Going paperless will have the risk of security and viruses. And
sometimes, it becomes difficult for the company to digitalize some documents which are
originally in the paper form. The purchasing of the system and computer is costly at the initial
stage so, the allocation of the fund in this stage will be a costly matter. As the software requires
day to day maintenance from the company and that will require more money. It also creates
problems as the information stored digitally may crash at any time and it is not easy for all the
companies to take backup of the data. Moreover, backing up of the information is not easy
process and it is time consuming as well (Islam, and et.al., 2019). The data secured in the form
electronic form are unsafe as it has the risk of hackers as it can be destroyed easily. When the
information is stored in the cabinet the information is not easily accessible by the persons but
information stored digitally has the risk of hackers. So, it is useful for saving trees and lands
from the chemicals. But it may lead to the leakage of the information.

Solution recommended for this issue
The most preferable solution a company can adopt for its allocation of the fund is solar
panel. As it has many advantages with less cost. The advantages provided by the solar panels is,
it helps in the saving water as the photovoltaic does not require water for its operation. And
without the more consumption of the water the company can use electricity and helps in saving
water and electricity for the future generation (Nfaoui, and El-Hami, 2018). For the generation of
the electricity fossil fuels are required and leads to reduction in the one of the natural resources
that are already in less present in less quantity. Whereas, solar energy is operated with help of the
sunlight only and that has no impact on the environment and the sunlight is for free. As it uses
sunlight for its operation it will reduce green light emission. And helps in saving more energy for
the future generation.
The solar panel will help in generating pollution free environment. As burning of fossil
fuel for the generation of the electricity will generate harmful gases that are dangerous for the
health of the humans. Breathing in this quality of air will lead to many health issues such as
bronchitis, pneumonia, anxiety and sometimes it leads to cancer. The use of the solar panels has
reduces the reliance on the electricity grid or natural gas. This technique is beneficial for the long
term as well as short. It is the most economical method for the long run.
Conclusion
This report concludes that due to the technological development. The society is facing
climatic change that is impacting the environment. As with the increase in the climatic change
every company is trying to contribute in the protection of the environment by setting a funds for
reducing its impact on the environment. The company allocate its funds in many ways such as by
installing solar panels, introducing e bike, going paperless in the office. The best allocation of its
funds can be done by operating solar panels as it will help in saving cost of the company and as
well as saving planet from the harmful gases. Paperless office will not be as suitable as solar
panel are for the company.
