REVISED MARKETING MIX REPORT
The market trends in Melbourne, for the real estate are quite high. And the demand is quite
high and people of Australia are always in search of real estate. The craze is quite high. Though the
cost of the property is quite high according to the economy of Australia. Thus the amount of profit
made by the real estate dealers is not that much. Still, they try to make out a profit within the
grounds of high demand and also in the economy of the country. Hence the mode of marketing
needs to be changed by the real estate dealers. Therefore the real estate dealers try to put into
great efforts while providing the facilities as much as they can. Mainly the demand comes from the
elite class and the mediocre families comparing them according them to the financial stabilities.
Over the past 12 months the situation of the real estate dealers has been quite tough. Due to the
degrading economy the cost of the plots of land has quite climbed up the ladder (McDONALD,
M.A.L.C.O.L.M., 2016).
The legislations has been quite a problem in the business of the real estate dealers as, there
has been quite changes in the clauses regarding the market of the real estate. The government has
been making changes in the legislature so that the people can hold limited property so that there
can be room for more families rather than just having a few families, due to the growth of the
population. Also the method of taxation has been changed as well (Rowley, J.E., 2017).
The price of the estate may see too high to certain people. The price of the estate may be
considered a bit. That may lead to the reach and also to increase the selling of the real estates as
well.
According to the Managing Director the managing of the positioning of the market may be
changed and the consideration of the fact of the price, and the promotional distribution may be
considered as there have been problems during the promotion as the government introduced the
new clauses that decided the number of the properties owned by the people (McDonald, M. and
Wilson, H., 2016).
The social marketing can be developed as there have been quite lacking in that field, and the
online marketing has not been extensive as well. The promotions need to improve as well. The
directive methods need to analyse as well. New marketing strategies might be introduced and
developing of the PR team needs to done as well investment needs to be done in the marketing
team, so that they can function smoothly (Sen, and Joseph, 2016).
Due to the changing in the components of the marketing mix, the business will be not
making any kind of profits and moreover the house rentals will be making more profits rather than
the number of the people buying the real estate. The company will slowly loose its grasp in the
market and hence it will be slowly losing it market and the brand value as well.
The business’ customers will be deprived as well, as it used to be reliable sources and the
promotional aspects of the customers. Even if the company does not function well or underperforms
the customers living in the estates of the company may face problems as well (McDonald, M., 2015).
The changes suggested might boost the level of the business that the company is presently
facing. It will also allow the customers to follow a set of rules and also will help them understand the
functioning and about the company. The company needs to be initiating several new campaigns and
