Procedure
a. Executive summary –
Houzit is an organisation specialising in various kinds of home-ware fittings. The
organisational plan is set to achieve greater market share. The organisation will be able to
cater to environmental friendly products.
b. SWOT analysis –
Strengths of the organisation includes excellent staffs who are highly skilled and
knowledgeable. High loyalty amongst customers with assorted offerings exceeding
competitor’s range is another major strength. Weaknesses includes a limited marketing
budget. The struggle of long-term repayments of customers is a major weakness.
Opportunity includes catering high growth areas with significant market share. Threats is
competition from local and national chains.
