thinking is essential in order to manage the situation in best possible manner. self confidence
help in fulfilling all the task in effective manner. I possess courage to handle negative factors by
implement ting my innovative ideas.

It is difficult for me to take criticism in positive manner which affect my personal image.
Sometimes I become very impatient on critical situation which leads to negative outcomes.
Taking things personally is my biggest weakness as this results in offensive behaviour. I don’t
trust people easily which results in lack of proper communication.
