Change management
Any change which has been made to schedule should be introduced in accordance with

The changes must be duly discussed within meetings along with the probable issues that
they incorporate within them.
The issues should be entered in the Issue Register document and thereafter shared with

Cost management
The project needs to be carried out in accordance with the budget. This is why it is

CEO.
This risk management plan should also be duly communicated to all the stakeholder
groups once in every 15 days.
